听力选择题还好，个别比较难，一般一两遍能过的
那个高级听力我们应该是大二或大三上的课程，那个难度应该是上海中级口译的那个程度吧！没有专八听力难（指填空题，专八那个mini lecture是听一片四百字左右的文章，然后填空，听的时候只有一张白纸做记录，专八的听力选择新闻部分很快，信息挺难抓的，所以个人认为还是专八比较难）

这本听力确实很难，我们上课听的时候都要反复听很多遍，
首先要先背熟单词，背不熟下面的就没法进行，因为听力材料速度快，可能几秒钟就要做几道题，
另外要熟悉听力的背景材料。
一般上说，应先读题，然后泛听一遍，接下来再细听做题。
每个section录音里只放一遍，但是有些题会要求你回放，也就是说并不要求你一遍就做完所有题。
最开始觉得难的时候可以反复听，直至听懂，慢慢缩短听的遍数，很快就能适应。

建议每天保持2小时的听力，不一定要做题，即使是闲下来的时候放着，也能培养语感，不过睡前听的时候要注意了，这个是很强大的催眠剂哦
