一、完全倒装句
1.There be＋主语＋地点状语（介词短语）
举例：There is a parking lot by the side of the supermarket.
There is an old tower on the top of the hill.
2.表地点状语的介词短语置于首句时
举例：In the front of the stage stood a singer.
By the side of the mall lies a parking lot.
Along the wall stood 4 big book shelves.
At the foot of the hill sits a small village.
3.省略回答
举例：问：He has been to Australia.
答：So have I.
问：He didn't pass the Math exam
答：Neither/Nor did I,
问：He failed the month exam.
答：So did I.
4.副词（here/there/out/in/up/down/away/now/then/thus置于句首）
举例：Here comes the bus.
There goes the bell.
Here are the books.
Away goes the thief.
The door opened and in came our head teacher.
Out rushed the children after the class.
特别注意：主语必须是名词，当主语是代词时不倒装。
一.语法倒装
1.当句首为here,there,now ,then,such,等副词，谓语动词为be, go, come等时要倒装。
Here is the book you want. 你要的书在这儿。
There goes the bell. 铃响了。
Now comes your turn. 现在轮到你了。
★当主语为人称代词，则不用倒装。
There he comes! 他来了！
Here they are. 他们在这儿。
Here it is. 给你。
Behind the desk she stood. 他站在桌子后面。
2.The more……，the more结构的倒装。
The more you study, the more you know. (宾语前置)
3.感叹句中的倒装
How happy the children are! (表语前置)
4.表示次数，顺序的副词位于句首要倒装。
Twive within her lifetime has she been to England. 她一生已两次到过英国。
Next came a man in his forties. 下一个来的是一个40几岁的人。

倒装句：英语最基本的语序是主语在前，谓语动词在后。但有时由于句子结构的需要或表示强调，就要采用倒装形式。

1完全倒装
1. 用于 there be 句型.
2. 用于“ here （ there, now, then ）＋不及物动词＋主语”的句型中,或以 in, out, up, down, away 等副词开头的句子里,以表示强调.
注意：
（ 1 ）主语是代词时,主语和谓语不倒装.
（ 2 ） here , there 放在句首通常用一般现在时.
3. 当句首状语为表示地点的介词词组.
4. 表语置于句首时,倒装结构为“表语＋连系动词＋主语”：
（ 1 ）形容词＋连系动词＋主语
Present at the meeting were Mr Li, Mr Wang and many other teachers.
出席会议的有李老师、王老师和其他很多老师.
（ 2 ）过去分词＋连系动词＋主语
Gone are the days when we used foreign oil.
我们使用洋油的日子一去不复返了.
（ 3 ）介词短语＋ be ＋主语
Among the goods are books, exercise-books, pens and some other things.
在所有的货物中有书、练习册、钢笔和其他东西.
5. 用于 so, neither , nor 开头的句子,表示重复前句的部分内容.原句的谓语应与前句的谓语的时态、形式相一致.
例如：You can't speak French. Neither can she.
你不会说法语,她也不会.
6. 为了保持句子平衡,或为了强调表语或状语,或是上下文紧密衔接时.
例如： They arrived at a small village, in front of which was a big river.
他们来到一个小村庄,村庄前面是条大河.
2部分倒装
1. 否定副词位于句首时的倒装
在正式文体中，never, seldom, rarely, little, hardly, scarcely, no sooner, no longer, nowhere 等含有

1. only修饰状语(包括副词,介词短语和状语从句.(部分倒装)
Only in this way can you learn English well.
Only after being asked three times did he come to the meeting.
如果句子为主从复合句，则主句倒装，从句不倒装
Only when he is seriously ill, does he ever stay in bed.
2. 句首为否定或半否定的词语，如no, not, never, seldom, little, hardly, at no time, in no way, not until…等。(部分倒装)
3.表示运动方向的副词或地点状语置于句首，谓语表示运动的动词。(全部倒装)
Out rushed a missile from under the bomber.
Ahead sat an old woman.
There goes the bell.
Then came the chairman.
