1.I have some clothes to wash this afternoon.

不定式:to wash ,和它修饰的名词:some clothes, 是逻辑上的动宾关系(to wash some clothes)

且主语I 是不定式中的动词所表示动作的逻辑主语:(I wash some closthes)。 否则(I不洗,拿去让人洗,则应用被动to be washed): I have some clothes to be washed this afternoon.

2. He gave me some books to read.

不定式:to read ,和它修饰的名词:some books, 是逻辑上的动宾关系(to read some books)
